But no matter how big the bank, their staff can’t be expected to be familiar with the hundreds of other loans available elsewhere.

Nearly 45% of respondents to our recent survey said they are more likely to want to purchase a home now, with a similar number feeling optimistic about achieving their homeownership goals.
